Responsibilities ###

• Review GMP procedures, protocols, and QA documentation
• Review batch record documentation for completeness and compliance
• Perform routine quality presence on the manufacturing floor to verify aseptic production activities
• Support manufacturing teams in maintaining GMP compliance
• Provide administrative support to the Quality team
• Assist with inspections, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor adherence to procedures and quality standards

Profile ###

• Native-level German language skills
• GMP experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or related regulated industries
• Experience in Quality Assurance is highly desirable
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline preferred
• Candidates without a scientific degree must have at least 5 years of GMP experience
• Availability for early morning shifts (from 05:00) and/or late evening shifts (after 22:00)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, OneNote, and other digital systems
• Experience working with AI-powered tools and digital technologies is considered an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
