Commercial Employee EFZ 20 - 30%

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Commercial Employee EFZ at a 20-30% workload, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• General administrative and organizational tasks (entire back office processing)
• Personnel administration (payroll accounting, social insurance, etc.)
• Accounting and bookkeeping (payments, bookings, preparation of annual financial statements)
• Management of website and social media channels (optional)

What you must bring:

• Commercial basic training EFZ with several years of professional experience
• Professional experience in accounting and HR
• Further training in the field of HR and/or accounting desirable
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
• Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing
• Exact, reliable and independent way of working
