Introduction

For our customer, a leading wholesaler in the food industry, we are looking for

Type of work

• Working on the automated logistics conveyor system for returns
• Rectifying malfunctions and ensuring conveyor operation
• Unloading trucks and rail wagons using a counterbalance forklift
• Moving return goods (PET, cardboard, reusable packaging, etc.)
• Sorting and classifying return goods
• Loading recyclable goods using a counterbalance forklift
• Various tasks in goods receipt and in the warehouse
• Cleaning of trucks and reusable packaging

Requirement profile

• Experience in logistics, particularly on an automated logistics system is an advantage
• Proficient with EDV and IT regarding the operation of tablets and plant modules is an advantage
• SUVA forklift license (reach truck) and much experience required
• Physically robust and resilient
• Flexible regarding Saturday and shift work (early and late shift, start earliest 05:00, end max. 18:30)
• Sunday always free
• Own car (shift operation)
• Expedient and proactive
• Good understanding of German
• Residence in the Bern area is an advantage
