In order to strengthen our care and support team at Myosotis, a hypostimulating living space, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Red Cross health assistant with interest in psychogeriatrics at 70 %

Your main tasks:

• you supervise and accompany residents in daily living activities
• you collaborate on the development and implementation of support projects for residents and their relatives
• you create a warm environment favorable to the well-being of the residents
• you contribute to the smooth running of the service and the team

Your profile:

• you benefit from Red Cross health assistant training or training deemed equivalent
• you possess a minimum of one year of confirmed experience in an EMS or a similar structure
• you have an evident interest in the elderly and psychogeriatrics
• you have a high capacity for adaptation and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team
• you are service-oriented and possess a good sense of human relations
• you have a good command of French (spoken and written)
