Thayngen is a versatile municipality with around 5-900 inhabitants in the heart of the Reiats.

Do you want to shape, lead and actively help shape the future of our school? With us, you will lead the orientation level pedagogically, organizationally and personally.

For the school year 2027/2028 we are looking for a

School Management (85 %)

Your mission:

• You consistently continue initiated school development projects.
• You lead, coach and accompany our teachers and support new employees.
• You actively help shape teaching and quality development and approve special education measures.
• You organize classes, timetables, room allocations and substitute regulations.
• You are responsible for budget planning and ensure the efficient use of resources.
• You coordinate information, participate in school management and school board meetings and act in an advisory capacity for the school board.
• You actively participate in school projects, organize further training and implement strategic goals.

Your profile:

• You create clear structures and transparent communication channels and ensure a reliable flow of information
• You work reliably and bindingly
• School development is important to you and you bring (if possible) the necessary specialist knowledge and experience in this field.
• You have a pedagogical education or bring several years of experience in the education sector.
• You have completed school management training or are motivated to complete it.
• You convince through leadership strength and the ability to inspire a team.
• You are characterized by high social competence and open, appreciative communication.
