Specialist for Counseling and Support plus, IV Early Intervention 70%

As a competence center, Stiftung Dreipunkt is committed to the sustainable integration of adolescents and young adults into the working world and thus into our society. In doing so, the specialists at Stiftung Dreipunkt impart, among other things, the labor market tools for subsequent training or employment.

In the SEMO Jobhouse program, we promote and support adolescents with difficult access to the working world. We promote personal development as well as various key competencies such as independence, responsibility, communication skills, teamwork, etc. This includes practical work in workshops, experiential education, vocational school preparation, and sports. The focus is on the individual abilities of the participants and relationship work. Since autumn 2022, a portion of the adolescents in SEMO Jobhouse has been supported with an additional support offering, financed by the IV.

Your main tasks

• Management, organization, coordination, and implementation of the counseling and support plus, IV Early Intervention
• Admission procedures for new adolescents
• Conducting assessment meetings with adolescents
• Accompanying, supporting, promoting, and training the adolescents in the work and learning process, including in the application process
• Intervention in conflict situations
• Conducting third-party assessment interviews with adolescents
• Exchange of information with IV and RAV advisors as well as course instructors
• Reporting on progress, resources, and possibilities for the referring agencies
• Further development and design of the counseling and support plus, IV Early Intervention in SEMO Jobhouse and participation in projects
• Consultation and cooperation with the team and the SEMO team management

Your profile

• You have a degree as a consultant in the psychosocial field HFP or a psychological, special education, or social training; a CAS in Coaching in Work Integration or Supported Employment is desirable.
• Your high degree of social skill and your deep understanding of cooperation in a multicultural environment distinguish you as much as your proficient German.
• As an empathetic, open, and communicative personality, you possess the ability to respond optimally to a wide variety of people.
• You maintain flexibility and resilience even in demanding situations and know how to intervene successfully in conflicts.
• In addition to your independent and responsible way of working, a well-coordinated, interdisciplinary team is always there to support you.
• Continuous self-reflection and the will for further development are a matter of course for you.
