• You bear responsibility for the nursing process, incorporating the nursing models and nursing concepts applied at LUKS
• You ensure nursing quality at ward level in cooperation with the department management and are co-responsible for the creation and implementation of nursing concepts
• You work in an interprofessional environment (doctors, nursing, therapists) and take over the coordination of nursing in interprofessional cooperation
• Your commitment to the introduction of new employees as well as in the guidance, support, and assessment of trainees is of great importance

Your experience ###

• We expect a completed Bachelor's degree in nursing and professional experience
• You are characterized by high professional and personal competence, want to work at the highest qualitative level, and have an interest in cardiological as well as general medical clinical pictures
• You demonstrate high social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives
