The Children and Youth department is responsible for municipal child and youth promotion. We ensure participatory and community-oriented child and youth animation with a diverse range of offers and target-group-specific projects. Out-of-school care is integrated into our public school with seven primary school locations.

Your tasks
Accompanying and individually caring for children and adolescents (during meals, doing homework and leisure activities etc.)
Guiding children towards independence and participation in everyday tasks
Guiding children towards solidary action, non-violent conflict resolution as well as consideration
Collaboration in the various locations of the day structures in the city of Baden
Collaboration in the child animation, youth work or mobile youth work of the city of Baden
Collaboration in the child and youth animation of mandate municipalities
Your profile
Completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung/Kind EFZ
Willingness for irregular assignments (Mon-Sun) in the areas of out-of-school care as well as children and youth
Joy in working with children and adolescents as well as pedagogical skills
Professional experience in out-of-school care facilities or in child and youth work is an advantage
Team-oriented personality, ability to act independently as well as to resolve conflicts
Flexibility regarding work assignments
Good communication skills as well as fluent oral German skills
