Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of outpatient appointments and treatments for Zentrum 3 (Oncology, Immunology, SZT, Hematology).
• Planning of the day clinic in Zentrum 3 based on complex specifications and protocols (chemotherapies, infusion appointments, procedures incl. anesthesia)
• Planning of the associated inpatient ward (administration of patient and case data, call-outs, clarifications)
• Ensuring optimal utilization of all involved center resources in close cooperation with the entire treatment team
• Appointment coordination with various specialist departments
• Daily exchange with patients' parents as well as internal and external bodies - partly also in English - is part of your role.

Your profile

• Professional experience as a scheduler in the healthcare sector
• Very well-organized, structured and service-oriented personality
• IT knowledge in the tools PEP, RAP as well as PHOENIX is an advantage
• Very good language skills in German and English, other languages are an advantage
• Creativity and perseverance are an important part; even when it gets hectic, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview.

Your salary ##

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 67'000 and 86'000 Franken per year.

The exact salary level depends on your education and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may also be classified below the salary range in individual cases. In many cases, allowances are provided for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
