You accompany children and adolescents with heart, professional competence, and a sense for their individual needs. As a reliable reference person, you strengthen their independence, promote their personal development, and together with them, shape a daily routine that conveys security, orientation, and joy of life.

In your function as deputy group leader, you additionally take responsibility for the professional and organizational design of the group's daily routine and support the group leader in the leadership and further development of the team.

Your tasks

• Design of the group's daily routine as well as planning of leisure and holiday activities.
• Participation in the support planning according to ICF and implementation of individual support measures.
• Support and accompaniment of the team as well as participation in the further development of pedagogical processes.
• Assumption of organizational and administrative tasks.
• Cooperation in the shared household and promotion of an appreciative living atmosphere.

Your profile

• You have completed training in social pedagogy, care, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you bring a diploma as a vocational trainer (Berufsbildner/in) or practical instructor (Praxisausbildner/in). If not, we are happy to support you in acquiring this qualification.
• Flexible working hours, assignments on weekends and during school holidays are no problem for you.
• You meet people at eye level, build trusting relationships, and respond individually to their needs.
• Even when it becomes challenging, you remain calm, think solution-oriented, and find suitable ways to deal with difficult situations.
