Accountant (60-80%)

Main tasks

Check, code and post rent payments as well as maintenance and repair expenses; reconcile accounts; prepare operating, social security and VAT returns as well as post construction and administration invoices; participate in annual financial statements and tax returns as well as condominium owner meetings

Profile

Commercial basic training with corresponding further training; experience in the real estate industry is an advantage; independent, reliable and responsible way of working; confident handling of common IT applications
