Pot Washer

The employer is looking for a:

Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher (reported profession)

Tasks:

• washing of plates, pots, utensils and equipment
• cleaning and tidying of the kitchen
• preparation of the mise en place
• help in the preparation of some dishes and ingredients
• support to the brigade during the dinner service
• maintaining order and hygiene of the workspaces

Requirements:

• possibly with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in catering
• willing, organized, fast person capable of working in a team
• availability especially during the evening service and, if necessary, on weekends

Employment details:

• work location Locarno
• employment 60-70%
• start of employment immediately, permanent
• salary according to CCNL
