To reinforce our team, we are looking for an engaged and reliable personality as of immediately or by arrangement as a

Clerk approx. 40–60 %

With your independent, precise, and solution-oriented way of working, you will contribute significantly to the smooth running of our internal processes.

Your tasks

• Processing and checking of working time reports
• Invoicing of customer orders
• General administrative activities in the back office
• Supporting the team with other arising tasks
• Maintenance and checking of data and documents
• Collaboration in the optimization and further development of internal workflows and processes

Your profile

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in a similar function is an advantage
• Experience in invoicing and administration
• Quick comprehension and networked thinking
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and actively tackling new tasks
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as affinity for ERP systems
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, precise, and reliable way of working
• Communicative and resilient personality
• Discreet and professional handling of confidential information
• Ability to work in a team while simultaneously organizing and prioritizing tasks independently

Framework conditions

Workload: approx. 40–60 %

Fixed working days: Monday to Wednesday

Working hours:

07:00–09:00

09:30–12:00

13:00–17:00

Work location: Chamerstrasse 56, 6300 Zug

Start date: immediately or by arrangement

Home office: not possible
