As an innovative company in the field of planning and production of interior fittings, we are looking for a committed, motivated personality with a commercial background, who is looking for a new challenge and is interested in long-term employment, starting in January 2027 or by arrangement.

Employee Administration & Secretariat 80 %

Your job:

• Reception and general secretarial work
• Project administration and sales support: from offers to invoicing to the preparation of tender documents
• Independent processing of accounts payable and expenses
• Support for the accounting and HR managers
• Maintenance of our internal QMS system
• Creating and preparing content for our website (WordPress) and social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn)

Your profile:

• You have a commercial education or a comparable professional background and are a strong service-oriented personality
• You are eloquent and communicate with stylistic confidence in German and French, both spoken and written
• You are proficient in using Microsoft 365 and use other digital work tools securely and efficiently
• You enjoy communication and have a good sense for texts and content
• A reliable, independent and proactive way of working completes your profile
