The Stiftung WOHIN at the location in Spiez offers, on behalf of the Canton of Bern, assisted living and a daycare center for 22 adults with a mental impairment. The residents are accompanied, cared for, and supported in their daily activities, their independence, and their leisure activities, where necessary and desired.

Caregiver 60 - 80% ##

starting 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.

Your main tasks ###

• As a reference person, you accompany the residents in their daily lives, take case responsibility, and maintain a professional working relationship
• You are responsible for individual stay planning as well as the support and accompaniment of living together and daily tasks inside and outside of our institution
• You work in shift services between 7.00 - 20.00, also on weekends (approx. 2 per month)

Your profile ###

• You have completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung (people with disabilities), Sozialpädagog*in, Fachperson Psychiatrie, or in comparable professions with experience in working with mentally impaired people
• Ideally, you are expert in systemic and solution-oriented working approaches
• You possess a car driver's license and have an unproblematic criminal record extract
