Specialist in Facility Management EFZ 100 %

For one of our customers, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Specialist in Facility Management EFZ starting from mid-November for a temporary assignment in the Schönbühl region.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance and care of buildings and properties
• Execution of minor repair and maintenance work
• Monitoring and supervision of technical systems
• Care of green spaces and outdoor areas
• General cleaning and maintenance work
• Execution of winter services
• Supervision and provision of premises

Your profile:

• Completed training as Specialist in Facility Management EFZ is an advantage
• Applicants with several years of professional experience in the field of facility management or caretaker services are also welcome
• Driver's license category B (car) mandatory
• Independent, reliable and conscientious way of working
