The employer is looking for two:

Casinò Host (reported profession)

Tasks:

• the role of the Casinò Host performs a welcoming activity, becoming the point of reference for guests and contributing to creating an elegant and engaging atmosphere.
• among the main responsibilities of the Host are the welcoming of customers, the illustration of gaming activities, the management of cash activities and reservations, as well as the promotion of services and exclusive events offered by the Casinò
• thanks to their communication and interpersonal skills, the Host assists the clientele, creating a relationship of trust and attention that enhances the overall experience

Requirements:

• basic knowledge in the use of the pc
• excellent knowledge of the Italian language
• strong communication, interpersonal and proactive skills
• excellent ability to work in a team, discretion, sense of responsibility and predisposition to Problem Solving
• flexibility, precision, reliability and punctuality are required

Preferential requirements:

• good knowledge of additional foreign languages
• experience in welcoming and/or hotel industry

• workplace Lugano
• employment from 50 to 80% (hourly contract)
• employment from immediately, permanent contract
• shift work, night work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary to be agreed
