Specialist Responsibility Perigon and IT Support Spitex (40%)

For the Spitex area, we are looking for an engaged personality as Specialist Responsibility Perigon and IT Support Spitex starting January 1, 2027.

Tasks

• You assume the specialist responsibility for the performance recording system Perigon and are the first point of contact for employees regarding questions about Perigon and other digital applications.
• You support the introduction, further development, and optimization of digital solutions and processes and participate in IT and digitalization projects.
• You conduct training sessions. In addition, you create and update application documentation.
• You coordinate support requests, work together with internal and external IT departments, and manage user rights according to the applicable authorization concepts.
• You test new functions, releases, and system adjustments and support their introduction into everyday work.

Profile

• Completed training in informatics, mediamatics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience with Perigon, ideally in the Spitex area, as well as a high affinity for IT
• Enjoy supporting employees in using digital applications as well as experience in application support and in conducting training sessions
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as a quick grasp of concepts
• Proficient German language skills, good communication skills, and interest in process optimization and digitalization
