HR Specialist Controlling, Compensation & Projects (60-80%) #

Your new challenge

In this newly created specialist function, you will take on a central role in the further development of HR management and create transparency regarding the personnel and financial resources of Swissmedic. You will provide meaningful HR key figures and analyses and support managers and the executive board with sound decision-making bases. Responsibility for HR controlling, personnel planning, Compensation & Benefits, as well as participation in and management of demanding HR projects, are part of your versatile area of responsibility.

You will continuously develop HR reporting, create forecasts and scenarios for personnel and cost development, and accompany the budgeting process from an HR perspective. In doing so, you will analyze personnel and compensation data, prepare salary rounds, conduct benchmark comparisons, and support job evaluations as well as the further development of compensation instruments.

Furthermore, you will take on responsibility in strategic and operational HR projects. You will participate in the digitalization and optimization of HR processes, formulate requirements for systems and reporting solutions, and make an important contribution to the further development of the HR landscape of Swissmedic.

Your profile

You have a higher education degree in the field of Human Resources, business administration and/or controlling and bring several years of professional experience in the areas of HR controlling, Compensation & Benefits.

You work independently, in a structured and careful manner, take on responsibility, and bring projects to a successful conclusion in a goal-oriented way. As a customer- and service-oriented personality, you advise managers at eye level and convince through your analytical and conceptual skills.
