To complement the team and as part of the further development of the organization, this exciting position has been newly created. A responsible, team-oriented, and professionally skilled personality is sought as HR Professional 60% (with payroll experience)

Your tasks:

• Independent support of the entire personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle -- from entry to exit
• Creation and maintenance of all personnel-related documents such as employment contracts, work certificates, and correspondence
• Coordination and processing of administrative processes in connection with social insurance, authorities, and other external bodies
• Competent contact person for employees and managers in all operational HR topics
• Recruitment of suitable specialists in close cooperation with the responsible managers, as well as support of the entire application process
• Participation in the optimization of existing HR processes as well as active support in cross-departmental projects
• Deputization in the area of payroll including support with wage processing and the associated administrative activities

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in a broadly based HR function with a generalist range of tasks
• Sound HR further education, for example as HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann with eidg. Fachausweis, training at HF/FH level, or a comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of payroll administration and a solid understanding of the associated HR processes
• Confident German in spoken and written form
• High service orientation as well as enjoyment in advising and supporting employees and managers
• Strong-communication, trustworthy personality with a confident and winning appearance
• Independent, exact, and structured way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
• Organizational talent, initiative, and enjoyment in actively helping to shape operational topics
• Absolute discretion, integrity, and an irreproachable reputation
