Drahtesel is a sector of the Sinnovativ foundation, active in professional integration. With offers of assessment, coaching, and training, we accompany people on the path toward their first job market entry. From 1 January 2027 or by agreement, we are looking for an innovative and committed retail specialist CFC at 80% with agogic tasks. Selling, accompanying, promoting - creating perspectives together

What interests you / what you are responsible for

• You accompany, instruct, and encourage learners as well as participants in our integration offers in the daily life of sales and the workshop.
• You transmit practical professional skills and plan appropriate learning and work tasks.
• You observe and evaluate developmental progress, conduct support interviews, and document them in a comprehensible manner.
• You work with coaches, case managers, and other specialists and bring your observations during positioning and training interviews.
• You support preparation for qualification procedures and develop adapted learning tools as well as vocational teaching offers.
• You actively participate in sales and the workshop, advise our clientele, and use the cash register system.
• You take care of merchandise management, product presentation, and quality controls.
• You accompany the manufacture and design of our own products and support the continuous development of the assortment and work processes.

What you bring

• A completed vocational training as a retail specialist CFC or an equivalent training.
• A professional trainer course or the willingness to follow one.
• Several years of practical experience in sales as well as the pleasure of supervising and training people.
• Ideally experience in professional integration, vocational training, work agogics, or the social field.
• Good organizational and administrative skills as well as a confident mastery of IT tools.
• A respectful, patient, and resource-oriented attitude towards people with diverse conditions.
• Good communication, stress resistance, autonomy, and the pleasure of working in a team.
• Possible working days from Monday to Thursday.
