Payroll Specialist 50-60%

In this versatile role, you will take on a central role in payroll processing and support employees and managers with all payroll-related topics. You will work in a dynamic environment and actively contribute to ensuring that payroll and HR processes are implemented efficiently and correctly. Are you our payroll reinforcement?

• You are responsible for the maintenance of personnel and payroll data, process payroll mutations and expenses, and ensure the correct processing of social insurances and withholding taxes.
• For payroll-related questions, you are a competent contact person for employees, managers, as well as external bodies such as social insurance institutions, pension funds, and tax offices.
• You process the administrative processes in attendance management (AWM) and ensure the correct processing and posting of social insurance daily allowances.
• You carry out the monthly reconciliations of the payroll-relevant general ledger accounts and support year-end closings and audits.
• With your expertise, you actively contribute to the optimization and further development of our payroll and HRM processes.
• Ideally, you possess an HR-Fachausweis and/or Sozialversicherungsfachausweis and bring several years of experience in Swiss payroll processing and in the HR environment.
• Numbers, accuracy, and a structured way of working suit you - even with complex matters, you maintain an overview.
• You work confidently with MS Office; experience with SAP HCM is an advantage.
• You work independently and reliably and at the same time value professional exchange and cooperation in the team.
