Roles & Responsibilities:

For our temporary Triumph Pop-up Store in Zürich, we are looking for committed and service-oriented Sales Advisors who enjoy providing competent advice to our customers, creating a high-quality shopping experience, and representing our brand professionally and authentically.

The Pop-up Store will be operated for a limited period. For a successful start and daily operations, we are looking for a flexible, committed team that quickly familiarizes itself with our products, fits, processes, and standards and works together to ensure smooth store operations.

The currently planned opening hours are:

Monday to Saturday: 10:00–19:00

Additionally, openings are planned on the following Sundays as part of Advent shopping:

1. November, 6. December and 20. December

Willingness for flexible working assignments within the respective opening hours, as well as assignments on the scheduled Saturdays and Sundays, is required.

Your Tasks

As a Sales Advisor, you are an important contact person for our customers and actively contribute to a high-quality shopping experience and the success of our Pop-up Store.

Your tasks include, in particular:

• Competent, personal, and service-oriented advice to our customers
• Active needs assessment and individual product recommendations
• Advice on products, fits, materials, and collections
• Active sales and shared responsibility for achieving sales targets
• Professional representation of the Triumph brand and our service and quality standards
• Ensuring an attractive, well-maintained, and sales-promoting product presentation
• Support with Visual Merchandising and product care
• Goods receipt, refilling the sales floor, and support with warehouse organization
• Professional handling of cash and payment processes
• Ensuring a well-maintained, inviting, and well-organized store environment
• Close and collegial cooperation within the store team
• Flexible support with the various operational tasks of a Pop-up Store

What you bring with you:

For this position, you ideally bring the following:

• Completed schooling
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail, sales, or a comparable customer-oriented field
• Several years of professional experience in the hospitality sector, ideally in a high-quality, service- and customer-oriented environment, is required.
• Ideally 1–3 years of professional experience in retail or sales; relevant experience in textile, fashion, lingerie, or lifestyle retail is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of active sales
• Confident, friendly, and professional appearance
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of direct contact with diverse customers
• Team-oriented, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Hands-on mentality as well as the willingness to take responsibility for smooth store operations even outside of direct sales
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new products, fits, processes, and systems
• Good PC skills and ideally experience with cash register systems/POS systems
• Very good German skills; English skills and other languages are an advantage
• Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work on Saturdays as well as the scheduled Sunday shifts
