Specialist Forwarding & international dispatch (a) temporary, Zürich

Your tasks:

• Independent processing and coordination of international transports
• Obtaining and negotiating freight prices
• Coordination of appointments, transport needs and individual transport details
• Creation and processing of all relevant transport and accompanying documents, in particular delivery notes, CMR and waste accompanying documents
• Processing and coordination of customs formalities
• Checking transport invoices as well as processing complaints
• Supporting the team in daily business as well as taking over deputy roles

Your profile:

• Completed training as a road transport specialist, freight forwarding agent or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the dispatch of international transports, ideally in freight traffic
• Sound knowledge in the area of customs clearance and goods tariffing
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Italian and/or French language skills are an advantage
• Good IT user skills and confident handling of MS Office
• Strong solution orientation, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• You maintain an overview and act reliably even in hectic situations
• Quick comprehension, high resilience as well as a precise and structured way of working
