To complement the educational teams of our boarding school in Cugy, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, : Educators ES, HES between 70% and 90% ------------------------------------------------ The Position: * Work within an educational team composed of people with different training. * Accompany the five beneficiaries on a daily basis, weekends according to rotation, both individually and collectively, in order to provide them with comfort and quality of life. * Administer delegated medico-technical care in relation to the level of training, under the responsibility of the head nurse. * Collaborate with the health service, therapists, workshops, and other services of the institution. * Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and follow-up of the pedagogical projects and therapeutic programs of the beneficiaries. * Organize leisure activities, outings, camps, and outdoor activities with the beneficiaries. * Participate in educational colloquiums including intersectoral networks. * Collaborate with families, legal representatives, and various specialists. * Manage administrative tasks relating to the residents and the educational team. The Profile: * HES or ES diploma in social education, committed to enriching the support of beneficiaries through diversity and the complementarity of backgrounds. * Interest in multiple disabilities and hygiene and comfort care. * Ease in teamwork, organization, and reliability. * Good computer skills. * Driver's license, an asset.
