For one of the watch manufactures in the Vallée de Joux, we are looking for a qualified and experienced Watchmaker (M/F) to strengthen their high-end production and assembly teams.

Experienced Watchmaker CFC (M/F)

Your responsibilities: * Ensure the complete assembly, adjustment, casing, and final control of high-quality mechanical movements (automatic movements, chronographs and/or complications depending on profile).

• Perform technical diagnosis, servicing, and retouching of watch components in strict compliance with the criteria of craftsmanship and the aesthetic standards of the Maison.
• Detect any non-conformities, analyze malfunctions, and participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes.
• Rigorously complete manufacturing orders and traceability tracking in the internal ERP.

Your profile:

• Mandatory holder of a CFC in Watchmaking (Rhabilleur or Praticien) or recognized equivalent diploma (BMA, DMA, CAP/BP Horlogerie, WOSTEP).
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position within a manufacture.
• Confirmed mastery of mechanical movements with complications and the installation of watch complications.
• Irreproachable dexterity, excellent visual acuity, rigor, meticulousness, and a keen sense of detail.
• Team spirit, autonomy at the workstation, and absolute respect for the discretion related to the watchmaking environment.
