Associate Supply Chain Specialist 100% (fixed-term 1 year)

Your tasks:

• Planning, coordination and monitoring of all material transports for active ingredients, process intermediates, samples and other materials
• Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth distribution processes
• Creation and checking of export and import documentation in accordance with GDP and trade compliance requirements
• Ensuring compliance with country-specific import regulations as well as necessary permits and licenses
• Contact person for all questions regarding distribution, shipping and international logistics
• Monitoring of inventory levels and storage capacities for active ingredients and intermediates
• Creation and maintenance of GMP-relevant documentation such as SOPs, work instructions and memos

Your profile

• 2-4 years of professional experience in the areas of trade compliance, logistics, distribution or operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, logistics or a comparable field of study is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High team orientation as well as the ability to work successfully across departments
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Experience in project management and in the implementation of smaller projects
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel,
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
