Salesperson with warehouse responsibility (a) 50% in the Wädenswil branch

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-oriented salesperson with warehouse tasks for our team in our branch in Wädenswil in Switzerland. This is a 50 percent position that combines dynamic customer support in the sales area with essential warehouse tasks. The ideal person thrives in a fast-paced retail environment while simultaneously ensuring excellent organization in our warehouse processes. You will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience while ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and our branch is well-stocked. Tasks in the sales area: - Provide excellent customer service and give product recommendations to increase sales - Process customer transactions precisely using POS systems

• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate features as well as benefits - Create attractive merchandise presentations and adhere to store presentation standards - Handle customer inquiries and solve problems professionally and quickly Tasks in the warehouse: - Receive, check, and categorize incoming goods with the utmost care
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stocktakes - Prepare orders for delivery and ensure punctual delivery to the sales area - Organize and arrange goods in the warehouse so that they are optimally accessible - Ensure compliance with safety standards in the warehouse and ensure a clean, tidy working environment - Support inventory turnover and implement proper storage procedures

Required skills and experience: - Proven experience in retail or sales in a customer-oriented position - Experience in warehouse or inventory management - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Diligence and accuracy in performing tasks - Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and move goods

• Ability to work both independently and in a team - Confident handling of basic computer systems and willingness to learn new software Desirable skills and experience: - Experience with POS systems - Forklift license or experience handling warehouse technology - Bilingualism (German and English)
• Knowledge in handling inventory management software - Previous experience in a combined sales and warehouse role - Knowledge of retail merchandising standards and practices
