Do you have an eye for detail? Is concentrated working a matter of course for you? Do you like being in contact with customers? We have the right position for you! In a young and lively team, you will take over the invoicing of our service assignments. You will create service contracts and be the contact person for our customers. Furthermore, you will process incoming complaints and look for the optimal solution for all parties. Teamwork is the order of the day!
What you will do with us
your main task is the routine invoicing of our service assignments
you check and correct the reports of our service technicians and partners
the processing of written and telephone complaints is within your responsibility
you create service subscriptions for our customers and advise them on questions
you continuously keep customer data in our IT systems up to date

you have a commercial education (EFZ, commercial school or similar), professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
