Social Worker FH/HF 80% (m/f/d) for the youth residential group Sirius

In our youth residential group, you accompany adolescents between 13 and 17 years old in their daily lives. You support them in further developing their personal and social skills, building independence, and finding their own way.

In doing so, you build sustainable relationships, provide orientation and security, and support the adolescents in their developmental steps. You take on key person work and case management, work together with parents and other reference persons, and actively and leadingly shape individual development processes.

Even in challenging situations, you encounter the adolescents with understanding, clarity, and a resource-oriented attitude.

Your profile ###

• Minimum age 25 years
• Training as a social worker (FH, HF)
• Ideally professional experience in stationary child and youth welfare as well as in key person work and case management
• Team spirit, independence, sense of responsibility, and resilience
• Readiness for irregular working hours (night and weekend shifts)
• Humor, joy, and empathy in working with the clients, their parents, and other reference persons
• Ability to recognize resources, demonstrate conflict resolution possibilities, and set boundaries
• Good written expression and proficient PC skills
