Your tasks

• Instruction of complaint proceedings
• Preparation of complaint decisions
• Preparation of submissions by the Directorate in proceedings before the cantonal administrative judicial authorities
• Further tasks from the diverse field of activity of the legal department

Your profile

• Attorney admitted to the bar or a licentiate/Master of Law in law with specific professional experience in administrative law
• Solid knowledge of Bernese administrative procedural law as well as state and administrative law
• Interest in issues in the health and social sector
• Independent way of working
