La Résidence Plantzette, a 71-bed EMS, offers long-term care in an EMS setting as well as short stays in a warm and secure environment. The institution offers global support combining professional care, hotel services, varied animations and quality cuisine, to promote the well-being, autonomy and social life of its residents.

We are looking for, to complete its teams, a Nurse - CAS in psychogeriatrics

Your profile

• You hold a HES nursing diploma or an equivalent diploma (Swiss Red Cross recognition), completed by a CAS in psychogeriatrics obtained within a HES
• You demonstrate flexibility and positivity
• You work both in a team and autonomously
• You appreciate human contact and are resident-oriented
• You master usual IT tools

Your mission

• You ensure quality nursing care, centered on the specific needs of residents presenting psychogeriatric disorders, while contributing to a secure, soothing and adapted environment
• You play a resource and reference role in psychogeriatrics, by supporting, coaching and accompanying teams in the care of cognitive disorders, behavior and complex situations
• You actively participate in the clinical analysis of situations and in the adaptation of individualized support projects, in close collaboration with the clinical nurse, unit managers and internal/external partners
• You contribute to the development of a common culture of care in psychogeriatrics and to the transmission of knowledge (internal training, support for new employees, students and apprentices)
