• Joy in daily work with children and adolescents and the ambition to further develop them.
• Fun working in a well-coordinated team that is in a good mood and looks forward to reinforcement.
• A diploma from a higher vocational school for social pedagogy / social work.
• A few years of professional experience would be nice - but a lot of drive and a strong will not to give up in the face of headwinds easily compensate for this.
• Having time off when others are working (okay, and of course vice versa). Plain talk: irregular working hours, night on-call duty 4-5 times per month included
