Employee in Ticket Sales m/f (part-time in the evening and on weekends for approx. 2-3h per month)

Your tasks:

• Greeting and receiving guests who wish to purchase a ticket
• Operating the cash register and issuing tickets
• You possess a strong service mindset
• Ensuring a smooth process in the ticketing area through close cooperation in the team and independent working
• Processing guest feedback and ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.

Your qualifications:

• Preferably completed vocational training in the commercial sector (not mandatory)
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Good flair for numbers
• Ability to work in a dynamic team and to adapt flexibly to different situations
• Good communication skills in German; additional language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
