Shoe Salesperson (m/f/d)

For an established orthopedic shoe store in the Basel region, managed in the 3rd generation since 1933, a person is being sought as a shoe salesperson (m/w/d). The company values expert advice, high product quality, and long-term customer care. In this role, you will work in a part-time capacity between 20% - 80% and support the team in the retail sector with a focus on orthopedic shoes and matching accessories. You will contribute to ensuring that customers find suitable solutions for their individual needs, while guaranteeing a professional and customer-oriented sales process in the store.

• Completed apprenticeship as a shoe salesperson/EFZ or knowledge in specialized shoe sales
• empathy in dealing with elderly and mobility-impaired people
• processing of orders, delivery notes and inventory management
• Gen. PC knowledge
• administrative work on the computer, creation of invoices etc.

Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a shoe salesperson, or comparable training with professional experience
• Several years of experience in shoe sales, advantageously in the orthopedic area
• Good computer skills
• Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented
• You are characterized by communication skills and a friendly nature
• Good oral and written German skills, CH-German an advantage
