On behalf of one of our partner clients based in the Vevey region, recognized for its expertise in the field of electricity, we are looking for a motivated and experienced electrical team leader to strengthen its teams

Job description ##

• Management and coordination of a team of electricians on construction sites
• Organization and planning of electrical installation work (new and renovation)
• Supervision of the installation, connection, and commissioning of electrical devices and equipment
• Reading, interpreting, and following technical plans and diagrams
• Quality control of execution and respect for deadlines
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards on the construction site
• Interface between the team, management, and clients
• Training and support of less experienced employees

We expect ##

• Training in the field of electricity (CFC or equivalent recognized in Switzerland)
• Proven experience in electrical installation, renovation, or maintenance, with initial experience in team management or site management
• Knowledge of Swiss electrical safety standards and OIBT inspections
• Sense of responsibility, natural leadership, and good communication skills
• Driver's license, autonomy, flexibility, and good physical condition
• Organizational spirit and ability to manage priorities
