Cleaning employee

The employer is looking for a:

Cleaner for holiday homes (reported profession)

Tasks:

• preparation and cleaning of apartments and holiday homes located in various locations in Locarnese and Bellinzonese
• complete cleaning of accommodations after check-out
• making beds, preparing the house for new guests
• general inspection of the accommodation
• linen management

Requirements:

• professional experience in the cleaning sector;
• precision and attention to detail;
• seriousness, reliability and punctuality;
• ability to work independently;
• flexibility and availability from Monday to Sunday;
• good knowledge of the Italian language
• interested in a stable collaboration over time
• able to maintain a high standard of quality in the preparation of accommodations for guests
• driving license cat.B
• having your own car (indispensable to reach the various properties independently)

Employment details:

• employment from 10 - 30%
• employment immediately, permanent
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• wage based on the CCL of the sector

The employment involves approximately 30 hours of work per month per position, with the possibility of variations depending on the period and the number of bookings.
The working days are not fixed: availability from Monday to Sunday is required, as interventions are scheduled based on check-outs and bookings. Shifts are organized and communicated in advance when the bookings are already known.
The interventions are carried out mainly in the time slot from 10:00 to 16:00.
