The contribution you can make

• Provide advice to the Office's specialized units on matters relating to public procurement law
• Support the Office's specialized units in the planning and monitoring of legislative projects
• Assist lawyers in the preparation of appeal procedures and ensure their management
• Handle inquiries within the scope of transparency, archiving, and data protection legislation
• Collaborate in the handling of legal matters of the Law division
• Conduct legal research (particularly in doctrine and jurisprudence), as well as draft and layout legal documents

What distinguishes you

• Commercial training with supplementary training or a diploma from a university of applied sciences in a legal field (federal diploma of corporate lawyer UAS, CAS Paralegal, DAS Paralegalism) or complementary training and specific knowledge in the legal field (commercial vocational baccalaureate)
• Continuing education as a specialist in public procurement (federal professional certificate as a specialist in public procurement) constitutes an advantage
• Professional experience as a paralegal or at a law firm, a public prosecutor's office, or a court
• Open, communicative and motivated personality, endowed with initiative and the necessary assertiveness
• Good knowledge of administrative and parliamentary processes
• Active knowledge of a second official language
