For our gastronomy team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, an experienced

SERVICE ASSISTANT ON HOURLY WAGE
(m/f/d) 60 - 80 %

Your tasks:

• Responsible for the reception and greeting of gastronomic guests in the restaurant, at banquets, at the bars, during catering and events
• A la carte service in the restaurant and at banquets and events
• Preparation of cocktails, drinks, soft drinks, and spirits at the casino bars, in the Metro Eventsaal, Flowers or various internal event locations
• Settlement (collection) from the guest and posting in the cash system as well as completion of routine work such as mise en place
• Responsible for compliance with hygiene guidelines (HACCP) and impeccable order and cleanliness of the stations, the work equipment, the warehouse, and the service areas

Your profile:

• Experience in gastronomy service desirable
• Good German skills (level B2) and good French skills (level B2)
• Empathic team player with humor, intellect, diligence, and discretion, well-groomed with excellent manners and a positive basic attitude
• Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Impeccable reputation (no debt enforcement proceedings and no entries in the criminal record extract)
