Since March 2024, Caritas Schweiz has been running asylum centers for families, individuals, and unaccompanied minors (MNA) at currently four locations in the Canton of Zürich on behalf of the cantonal social services office (KSA). As an Integration Coach MNA, you coordinate the social, school, and professional integration of the unaccompanied minor asylum seekers in the MNA center in Uster. Your tasks * Documentation of assessments or status determinations, in particular the IAS short assessment <<results of potential assessment>> for all MNAs * Registrations for integration measures from the IAZH catalog * Organization of school and professional follow-up solutions * Documentation of conversations, planned and implemented measures * Quarterly processing of the life areas of professional and school integration in close cooperation with the social pedagogical contact person * Conversation documentation on integration topics * Responsibility Professional Integration: assessments, cooperation with specialist agencies, and support in searching for apprenticeships * Cooperation with institutions and authorities to discuss integration-specific topics * Reporting according to the specifications of the integration specialist office * Preparation of integration-relevant information for the exit phase * Exchange with schools, legal guardians, and specialists (participation in status meetings) Our requirements * Completed training in the field of Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Vocational, Educational or Career Counseling, Pedagogy or a comparable qualification * Further training in Case Management and/or on integration topics is an advantage * Good knowledge of the Swiss education and vocational training system, especially the various educational paths and follow-up solutions * At least five years of professional experience, of which at least two in the care sector * Joy in working with unaccompanied minor asylum seekers (MNA) and understanding of their special life situation * Knowledge and experience in the application of the Social Assistance Act * Very good oral and written German skills as well as good oral knowledge of another national language and/or English and/or an asylum language * IT skills ideally with the case management software Tutoris * Flawless special private extract from the criminal record or willingness to submit this before starting employment.
