As part of the further development of our Finance organization, we are looking for a committed and digitally savvy personality as a

Finance Coordinator 80% m/w/d.

Your tasks

• Independent management of accounts payable
• Checking, coding, and posting supplier invoices
• Maintenance of accounts payable master data
• Preparation and execution of payment runs
• Clarification of invoice discrepancies with internal and external departments
• Processing and clearing of open purchase orders
• Support and control of simple accounting tasks for our commercial apprentices
• Execution of selected general ledger postings
• Account reconciliations and clarification of differences
• Support with accruals, provisions, and recurring postings
• Participation in the preparatory work for the monthly closing
• Support during audits and the preparation of financial documents
• Participation in finance projects and process optimizations
• Active involvement in the planned SAP implementation
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as the finance functions at the headquarters in Germany

Your profile

• Commercial basic training
• Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
• Several years of practical experience in financial accounting
• Very good knowledge of accounts payable
• Initial practical experience in the general ledger and with monthly closing work
• Good understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and double-entry bookkeeping
• Confident handling of Excel and ERP systems
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 18 and/or SAP is an advantage
• High IT and digitalization affinity
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of changes and process improvements
• Readiness to develop professionally and take on additional accounting responsibility
• Good German skills, English skills are an advantage

Your development perspective
The function is deliberately designed to be development-oriented. In the medium term, you should further expand your expertise in the areas of VAT, monthly and annual closing, as well as accounting according to Swiss OR and take on additional responsibility within the local financial accounting.
