Your tasks

• You will write a thesis in the banking field. A technology-related problem is preferred, particularly in the areas of distributed ledger technology (DLT), artificial intelligence, or another technology relevant to banking.
• You will contribute substantively and conceptually to practice-oriented research and consulting projects and write studies, reports, and other publications.
• The supervision of student work completes your field of activity.
• You will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of our continuing education offers.
• You will have the opportunity to acquire initial experience in teaching.

Your profile

• You hold an excellent university degree in Banking & Finance, economics, business informatics, data science, or a related field.
• Admission already obtained for a doctorate at a university is an advantage.
• You are interested in banking issues and ideally have corresponding practical or research experience.
• Your proven specialist and methodological skills as well as your very good analytical abilities facilitate your integration.
• You possess excellent knowledge of German (at least C1) as well as confident communication in English.
• You have solid programming skills, particularly for data analysis and empirical research work.
