Your missions

The positions are initially limited to five years.

• You teach and conduct research in the field of legal informatics (including Legal Tech) respectively empirical legal research.
• You supervise students and support doctoral students in writing their theses.
• You also engage in continuing education and management tasks of the Faculty.

Desired profile

• You possess excellent scientific skills and are passionate about teaching.
• You hold a doctorate in a field that allows you to contribute significantly to the field of legal informatics respectively empirical legal research.
• You also possess solid legal knowledge, attested by a university law degree (BLaw), an MALS or an equivalent degree.
• You have already published articles in the field of legal informatics respectively empirical legal research.
• Ideally, you also have experience in teaching. You are capable of raising third-party funds and are willing to participate in university self-management.
• You perfectly master French or German and the other language at a high level allowing you to teach in that language. The ability to teach in English is furthermore an asset.
