Intensive Care Specialized Nurse

Mandated by a renowned University Hospital Center, we are looking for Intensive Care Specialized Nurses. If you have proven experience in intensive care and wish to put your skills at the service of patients requiring highly specialized care, this opportunity is made for you!

• Ensure continuous monitoring of the evolving clinical state of the patient in a critical situation and systematically evaluate their complex needs.
• React effectively to critical cases requiring rapid and precise interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (nursing assistant, doctor, student), respecting each person's job description, to develop and execute an optimal care plan.
• Provide clear information and practical advice to patients and their families to best manage the recovery period and home care.
• Actively participate in projects to improve the quality of care and the implementation of new practices.

• You possess the HES nursing diploma or equivalent with mandatory Swiss Red Cross recognition
• An EPD-ES intensive care expert diploma
• Proven experience in intensive care (minimum 2 years)
• Great autonomy, while knowing how to work interdisciplinarity
• Good resistance to stress
• Knowledge of basic IT tools
