YOUR TASKS:

• Participation in the financial and accounting management of our holding and management companies (including taking over the accounting of a small sub-holding on Microsoft Business Central)
• Preparation of monthly reporting for certain small companies in the group
• Participation in the preparation of the group's consolidated accounts as well as group forecasts and budgets
• Treasury support (e.g., banking administration and netting)
• Administration and participation in the maintenance of various group financial and treasury reporting tools (notably IBM Cognos Controller, IBM Planning Analytics, Coupa Treasury)
• Support in contract management in the field of finance and controlling
• Administrative tasks in the field of finance and controlling (monitoring deadlines, controls, data management, preparation of presentations, reports, archiving)
• Representation within the finance and controlling department

YOUR PROFILE:

• Training in business administration with a specialization in accounting and/or controlling (e.g., professional certificate in finance and accounting, university degree in management or currently in training)
• Professional experience in accounting and/or controlling, ideally in industry
• Strong affinity and skills in IT (MS Office and possibly financial reporting tools)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Service-oriented, autonomous and proactive personality
• Analytical mind, structured and reliable way of working
