Assistant: Romandie 50-70% ###

Your tasks

• Service of the telephone switchboard and processing of the regional mailbox
• Sorting of mail and distribution to the relevant employees
• Advising store customers having specific requests
• Coordination and communication with the client, internal interfaces, planners and architects
• Planning and execution of small and medium orders, from the establishment of the offer to invoicing, including the entire ordering process
• Realization of complex mechanical locking installations
• Processing of small requests in the field of electronic access control
• Processing of orders for prefabricated metal construction elements
• Support and establishment of offers and tenders
• Participation in internal process optimization projects

Your qualifications

• Completed basic commercial training, preferably in a technical field
• Experience in security/locking technology, an asset
• Sales experience and strong customer orientation
• Strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office
• Ability to understand quickly and high resistance to stress
• Meticulous, responsible and expeditious way of working
• Organizational talent
• Team player
• Pleasure in self-improvement
• Mastery of French orally and in writing
• Knowledge of German, an advantage
