The Gstaad Palace with 90 rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a legendary nightclub is an internationally known 5-star luxury hotel. It is owned by the Scherz family and is one of the last traditionally family-run Grand Hotels - a landmark of Switzerland.

We are looking for a receptionist (m/f) in a fixed-term employment relationship (winter season 2026/27) starting approx. beginning of December 2026 or by arrangement

Your area of responsibility includes:

• You support the team in all matters of daily operations
• Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
• Guest care
• Invoice controls
• Daily closings
• Restaurant billing
• Credit card controlling
• Compliance with and application of LQA standards

What defines you:

• Possess a commercial or equivalent education as well as several years of similar professional experience in the hotel industry
• Are an alert, well-groomed person who loves contact with our guests
• Enjoy working in a team
• You are flexible, resilient, conscientious, detail-oriented and customer-oriented
• Possess good German, French and English skills, other languages are welcome
