Finance Specialist 50-60%

Job purpose: Support the Team Leader Finance & Controlling

Tasks:
Maintaining the general ledger and operational accounting
Maintaining fixed asset accounting
Collaboration in reporting regarding quarterly and annual financial statements
Collaboration in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial plans
Providing key management figures (maintenance of the Business Intelligence solution)
Collaboration in the annual maintenance of the IKS documentation and the accounting manual
Collaboration in various finance projects
Technical instructions to employees, creating work instructions from the finance area

Knowledge:
Abacus, HRM2 (not mandatory), knowledge of accounting at the level of SB Rechnungswesen or higher, good user knowledge in the field of MS Office, especially Excel, quick comprehension, solution-oriented and independent way of working
