Our Education Programs team is young, warm and loves when things move forward. We organize encouragement programs and coaching, courses, webinars and events. We thus accompany several thousand people every year on their entrepreneurial journey. If you want to be part of our team, we have something for you: At the heart of your activity: * You examine the submitted summary concept, conduct interviews with the project holders and evaluate the business idea according to defined criteria * You record your assessment in writing and formulate a comprehensible recommendation for the insured person and the cantonal service * You defend your assessment during the tripartite interview and clarify the next steps * You support the entire coaching team by managing the Coaching mailbox, the coordination of appointments as well as the follow-up of decisions and documents of the coached persons * You pilot the deadlines and files in Valais autonomously and you are the reliable interlocutor for our contacts in the canton You are an open and communicative person, and you bring: * French as a native language and very good German orally and in writing * Passion for themes related to business creation and the pleasure of accompanying people at a turning point in their lives * Several years of professional experience and a certain ease when dealing with authorities * A degree at ES/HES level or equivalent experience, as well as an understanding of economic issues * A strong sense of organization: you work autonomously and actively seek out what you are missing * The ability to evaluate in a structured manner and to motivate an assessment with objectivity * Reliability, team spirit and a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for us What we offer you: * A transfer of know-how through internal training and learning on the ground * A place within a young, committed and high-performing team, with open communication * A workstation at the startup space Etoy, with the possibility of teleworking * Access to the Swiss startup scene * Festive, sporty and convivial team events Want to join us and celebrate our successes with us?
