You know exactly what physiotherapy is really about — not ten minutes on a machine and a handout to take home. But about Mr. B. walking safely to the dining room again after his fall. That Ms. K. regains her strength for everyday life in the living room. That someone who no longer thought it was possible, actually manages it — because you know where to start. That is exactly why we exist.

This is what your day looks like
08.00 Uhr You start in your company car at the nursing home. First client after a fall, gait training and balance. You already know her, you know what is due this week.
08.30 Uhr Walking instead of a therapy room. From the room to the dining hall, a handrail, a threshold at the lift. That is exactly where what really matters in everyday life becomes visible. You observe, correct, and instruct the nursing staff for the exercises between your assignments.
10.00 Uhr Short consultation with the registered nurse in the department — common client, consultation regarding mobilization after the fall. Walker or rather with the walker with accompaniment? The decision is made together, today.
10.30 Uhr Second focus. Mobilization after knee prosthesis. You look at the path from the bed to the bathroom, the door thresholds, the getting-up process — and you immediately know what the buildup looks like for the next three weeks. You write the report to the health insurance later via app.
12.15 Uhr Lunch break — you choose where. No canteen table, no briefing in the meeting room.
If you also work in the afternoon: 13.15 to 16.30 Uhr Further assignments: fall prophylaxis, respiratory therapy, strength building — all in the real everyday life of the residents. At 17.00 Uhr you are finished.
What you do with us
Physiotherapy with residents in nursing homes in the Lenzburg region
Geriatric and orthopedic rehabilitation — after hip prosthesis, knee prosthesis, fall or hospital discharge
Gait training, balance training and fall prophylaxis in the real living environment of the nursing home
Interdisciplinary cooperation with registered nurses, SRK nursing assistants and occupational therapy on the same client
Reports for IV, health insurance companies and referring doctors — digital, on the go
What you bring with you
Diploma as a Physiotherapist FH or equivalent — recognized in Switzerland
Driver's license Cat. B — you drive between the institutions in the Wohlen region. Company car including private use is provided from Day 1.
Experience with adults — geriatrics, orthopedics, ideally in a nursing home environment
Independent working — you decide on-site, without a boss in the room. The team is reachable by phone, but not present.
Joy in working with elderly people and in an interdisciplinary team
